Telluride is way more than just a mountain ski town. Telluride is a special place, a real community with incredible people, enchanted landscapes and a culture of living life with purpose. We love this small town, and we call it home.
We are honored to be the trailblazers of tree care in the region. We are proud to have established a business in Telluride over the last 20 years. When we landed in Telluride and fell in love with the trees here, we had a vision to preserve the community’s forests one tree at a time. Back then we were a crew of only two, and today we have a dedicated tree crew of eight, small office staff and hundreds of happy return clients. We pride ourselves on being local, employing local and working locally to create viable careers that encourage lifelong roots here in Telluride. We pride ourselves on being the premier tree stewards in the region and for being Telluride’s arborists.

We are Telluride’s premier full-service tree care company, providing services year round. Telluride Arborist is a family-run business operated by Tyler Schultz and Natalie Fijalkowski who are accompanied by a dedicated team of arborists.
To maintain the highest professional credentials, we spend considerable time and resources on continued training and education.
We love the natural environment of the region and love the work we do. We cherish our time outside working and taking care of your trees.

We are actively involved in caring for our region’s parks, public spaces and support local non-profit organizations. We are proud to have assisted the communities of Telluride, Ridgway, and Lake City for more than a decade to preserve their amazing community parks and forests.
We are an environmentally minded tree care company. We aim to recycle 100% of our green waste. We make a conscious effort to reduce our carbon footprint by using locally sourced trees and shrubs, biodegradable supplies, organic fertilizers and aim to offset our travel to job sites by planting trees in our local communities.
